Drywall crane and truck service and repair
A drywall truck is two machines, and it only earns when both work. We service and repair the crane and the truck under it, for every make, in Orlando.
Robert's Diesel Works has repaired drywall trucks in Orlando since 1989. We are an authorized PM dealer and do PM crane repair as the dealer; for Fassi, Hiab, Palfinger, IMT, Prentice, Cormach and every other make, we are an independent shop with the same bays, the same tools and the same parts desk behind it.
On the crane
- Cylinder reseals for boom, extension, outrigger, slewing, jib and fork cylinders
- Hydraulic leaks, hoses, fittings, pumps and control valve sections
- Radio remotes, top seats and joystick controls, including remote fault finding
- Pins, bushings and slewing wear, inspection and rebuild
- Outriggers, including new supplemental outriggers

- Inspection before a crane goes back to work, or before you buy a used one

We work on the chassis drywall cranes are mounted on: Kenworth, Peterbilt, Mack, Western Star, Sterling, Freightliner, International, Volvo and Isuzu among them.

Getting a truck in
Call the service desk with the crane make and model, the truck, and what it is doing or not doing. Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern. If the truck cannot come to us, tell us where it is and what has failed, and we will talk through the options.
